License Agreement
Before using any software from Dongguan Xinqiao Puai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), you should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Unless you are aware of the license agreement signed by the Company, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The customer acknowledges that the software, license keys, and accompanying user documentation ("Documentation") are copyrighted works owned by the Company, and the customer does not have the rights mentioned above unless explicitly granted.Distribution of Software
You may (a) copy the software; (b) provide accurate, unmodified copies of the software to anyone; and (c) distribute the software in an unmodified form electronically, as long as you do not copy or distribute license keys and include a copy of this license agreement. You are specifically prohibited from charging any fees for any such copies or distributions or modifying the software.Term and Termination
As long as you comply with the terms and conditions of this license agreement, you may continue to use this software. If the Company has reason to believe that you have violated this license agreement, the Company has the right to terminate this license agreement immediately. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the software, license keys, and documentation, and you have no right to refund any fees paid.Warranty
The Company warrants and represents that: (a) it owns all rights, title, and interest in the software, has the right to enter into and grant the license granted by this agreement, is not a party to and will not enter into any agreement conflicting with this agreement; (b) the expiration of any date or year shall not have an adverse effect on the performance of the software; (c) the software does not contain contamination of harmful code, such as self-executing program instructions commonly known as viruses, worms or Trojan horses.Privacy
The desktop application shares information with the Company to understand how our desktop application is used. This option is turned on by default. This information is associated with your Apple account and allows us to provide a more personalized experience for you, and help us improve product quality and functionality. The software only collects necessary information, such as authorization information, account information, and hosted saved data.Third-Party Code Library Agreement
The Company uses multiple third-party libraries, and you agree to use the third-party library and use the software as needed. The Company shall not be liable for any misuse of third-party libraries.
Availability
The page describing the service can be accessed worldwide, but this does not mean that all services or service features available through this service are legal in your country/region, or that user-generated content available through this service is legal in your country/region. Some countries/regions may block access to certain services (or certain service features or content). You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is legal. The service does not provide all languages.General Disclaimer
Except for the limited warranty provided in this agreement, the software and documentation are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company's liability will be limited to the purchase price of the product.The product is prohibited from being used for any act that violates local laws and regulations. If any violation is found, we have the right to suspend your use of our product, and report the violation to the relevant local authorities. Any losses and liabilities resulting from such violations shall be borne by you.
Payment Terms
Please try the software product without error before purchasing. There is no support for returns or exchanges after purchase;If the product cannot be used due to adjustments made by the affiliated platform, the Company will actively adjust the product, but returns or exchanges are not supported;
The activation code is bound to the developer account and cannot be replaced once bound. Your purchase indicates that you have read and agreed to this term.
